Why don't more places offer fry bread tacos? These were not only delicious, but they were massive, I'm talking one and done so choose wisely because there were at least three other flavors that I wanted to try. I can't even describe what the ambiance is, it's almost like a southwest meets thrift store meets mom and pop diner. They even had a mom and pop service vibe, the lady to took our order was so nice and the food came out fairly quick even during the lunch rush. The next time we are up in grand marais, we will be stopping back.
Seriously so good! The brisket fry bread is my absolute favorite with corn, salsa, Chipotle sour cream, cheese, jalapeño and salsa! Also love the tots with anything! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm... we have to stop whenever in town!

Easy lunch spot with a variety of tacos with every meat or veggie option. I had the "special" tacos and they ran $13 each so I'd say the tacos are a good size for the price, but it's still an expensive taco. Nice eclectic furniture inside and out recommend if looking for casual eats in the area.
Great food, good price and service far above what I expected. We were there during July 2024 and I neglected to write a well-deserved review. Ate dinner at HHT three times in one week while on the North Shore b/c so tasty. The second time, we showed up just before closing and turned away for that reason. Counter guy saw us and came out - said come on in if we were takeout. Easy decision!
